  • MetadataCache is running background of Outlook for Dynamics CRM Online

    When you installed Outlook for Dynamics CRM Online, Dynamics CRM MetadataCache will always pressure CPU in the background.
    Despite the fact that the sync interval has been extended or the sync itself has been turned off, it will still keep running.
    It would be really great that if there is an ability for MetadataCache to stop running in the background of Outlook for Dynamics CRM Online.

  • �Yomi fields� feature for single line of text has disappeared after CRM Online 2016

    When you create a new Field, it used to have �Yomi fields� (�Furigana = ????�in Japanese) for those Fields with Single line of text.
    However, �Yomi fields� feature has gone since we have Dynamics CRM Online 2016.

    Although the feature has gone, when you look up for the record it still displays the value in Yomi fields.
    It would be better to either leave the feature or take it out completely from Dynamics CRM Online. The customer wish to leave the feature available.

  • Drag and drop functionality for creating a view

    When creating a View for an Entity, it would be much easier to have drag and drop functionality.
    For adding columns, you would just need to drag and drop the fields from the list and there would be no hassle.

    Also, for configure sorting, we only have choices of either ascending order or descending order at the moment.
    It can be a very simple task if we have drag and drop between fields.

  • Ability to export the only selected records to excel from the current View

    We are unable to export the only selected records from the current view.
    It exports all the records that are showing on the current page, filtering the view is somehow limited.

    Please have the ability to export the only selected records from the selected view to excel.
    This would make a lot of customers happy.

  • Ability to customize the field size in Quick View Form

    When creating a Quick View form for a specific entity, the field heights is not customizable although the width can be changed.
    It ends up having a plenty of room for the one field.
    I would like to avoid having such space on Quick View Form.

  • Ability to display ‘Attachments’ in Appointment entity on other entities

    This ‘Attachment’ field is a special field that is configured in system, so that users are not able to associated that field with other entities.

    Also, the ‘Attachment’ field cannot be displayed as a sub-grid, users are not able to add it as a sub-grid either.

    It would be really great that if we can implement the ability to display the ‘Attachments’ field in any entities.

  • Ability to limit the list of entities to be displayed for creating an email

    The customer wants to limit the list of entities that are displayed as ‘TO/CC/BCC’ when creating an email.
    Currently when you need to select the field for ‘TO/CC/BCC’, it shows multiple entities such as users and Accounts.
    It would be very useful to limit the list of these entities to be displayed.

  • Copy all the information in fields from other entity to entity

    I have a request from the customer that it would be really convenient to have the ability to copy all the values in fields between entities.
    I have suggested to use mapping feature and using workflows, however it is very difficult and time consuming for some users.
    It is also time consuming to create the same fields for every single entity.

  • Move pinned tiles to another PC

    When you have pinned some of Apps from Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Windows to your home screen, it would be really nice to have the same Apps to another PC that are pinned to your home already.
    I would like to save the settings into file, and maybe transfer or move to another home screen.
    This is just very useful when you need to use multiple PC at the same time, or when you bought a new PC.

  • Manage update notification emails and recipients

    Currently it seems that we can only add one recipient for update notification.
    It should be able to add multiple recipients for improvement.

    We actually followed the below information, but it did not work as expected.
