    • Upload entity based documents to SharePoint Online under the existing folder

      Mon, 12 Sep 2016 22:56:00 GMT – Dynamics 365 Sales – Rejected

I would like to upload documents that are based on selected entities through CRM to SharePoint Online without creating the new folders and have these documents uploaded under the existing folders.

The existing folders I’m talking about here are those folders that are created before the integration.

The current setting doesn’t allow users to have their documents uploaded under the old folders.

    • Ability to post attachments on Whats New in dashboard

      Sat, 24 Sep 2016 02:34:00 GMT – Dynamics 365 Sales – Rejected

It would be really nice to be able to post attachment files to ‘what’s New’ wall.

    • Field Service -Create work orders from a case with different currency

      Wed, 28 Sep 2016 10:58:26 GMT – Dynamics 365 Field Service – Under Review

A work order can be automatically created from a case but the record needs to have the same currency as the base currency. It should be okay to have any currencies.

    • Ability to customize Activity feed on UI

      Thu, 06 Oct 2016 00:57:00 GMT – Dynamics 365 Sales – Needs Votes

For some users, adding Appointments is used as often as adding Phone Call activities.

But in order to add Appointment activities, you need to click the more commands button.

It would be nice to show ‘Appointment’ button or other activities right next to ‘Add Phone Call’ without using the SDK for CRM.

    • Field Service – ability to show Resources in Activities

      Wed, 12 Oct 2016 12:48:43 GMT – Dynamics 365 Field Service – Under Review

You need to check both ‘Schedule Board’ (Field Service) and ‘Appointments’ in CRM to see whether the agent is fully booked or not.

It would be nice if we can integrate those two and show all scheduled Resources and Appointment activities as ‘Appointment’ in CRM Online.

    • Field Service - Service cannot be added via Product’s View

      Fri, 14 Oct 2016 09:15:51 GMT – Dynamics 365 Field Service – Rejected

Products are categorized into Service, Inventory and Non-Inventory.

When you need to add services tasks to the Work order, you will go to the Service Tasks section and click + Add Work Order Service Task record.

In the product’s View, when you click + to open a new window, it only allows you to add Inventory and Non-inventory products.

Services cannot be added. This isn’t convenient at all.

    • Fields Service cannot search resources if ‘Ignore Travel Time’ is not checked

      Wed, 02 Nov 2016 11:48:38 GMT – Dynamics 365 Field Service – Rejected

Go to Field Service > Work Orders > SCHEDULE ASSISTANT on the ribbon.

In order to search resources from Work Orders by using Schedule assistant, you need to check into ‘Ignore Travel Time’.

If ‘Ignore Travel Time’ is not selected, the error shows up saying that ‘ONE OR MORE ERRORS OCCURRED’. This is quite troublesome.

Please look into the issue and the fix is needed for CRM users.

    • Dynamics 365 8.2 shows an ID on top right

      Sat, 12 Nov 2016 02:03:00 GMT – Dynamics 365 Sales – Rejected

After updated org to (8.2.0.561)(DB 8.2.0.561), suddenly there is an ID (looks like an org unique name) shown on top right.

I would like to have it removed, it is rather confusing. Please add a default option to remove this.

    • If "Show Knowledge Base Search Control" is enabled on entity, it cannot be updated via dialog or workflow

      Tue, 15 Nov 2016 05:13:00 GMT – Dynamics 365 Sales – Rejected

When "Show Knowledge Base Search Control" is enabled on Activity Feed, the user is getting an error.

The workaround is to disable the checkbox first, and create a workflow or a dialog.

Then, you will need to enable the checkbox again. It would be great that even if the entity is enabled for KB search control, the workflow and the dialog can update the record.

    • "Automatically expand to use available space" on NOTES section in Activity Feed

      Thu, 17 Nov 2016 01:29:00 GMT – Dynamics 365 Sales – Rejected

When I select this option for NOTES section in Activity Feed, there are more than one notes are added but I can’t see all of them.

Scroll bar doesn’t show up unless you need to locate the cursor. Users may miss the old notes that were added in the past.

If it can automatically display all notes, I can avoid missing the old ones.
