Allow Email tracking/engagement when a system user (with an internal company domain) is entered in the TO, CC, or BCC field.
Today, unless the record type included in the email (TO, CC, or BCC field.) is an account, lead, or contact, emails are not tracked. It is a common practice for system users to copy other system users on an email.

Enable the ability to configure how long a Worklist item displays in the Worklist (via the Sales Accelerator)
Today, there is no way to customize it or configure the Worklist to see items older than 30 days old.

Drag and Drop (Attach) Emails from Outlook without Data Loss in Outlook
Currently, when you drag and drop (attach) an email from outlook into Dynamics, it causes data loss by removing the email record completely from Outlook instead of creating a copy of the record attaching it to the activity in Dynamics. Can this be addressed?
