Ability to add icons

Improve the ability to add a related "image" to a specific lookup. This would allow more customization on the list view for more appropriate actions. Example: "Provider on-site" = a hard hat icon to show the user is on site. Status of Emergency = "An exclamation point" showing urgency.

Subgrid Page Number

When opening a record from a subgrid, it would be niceif when using the back arrow to return to the previous form that you are returned to the page on the subgrid you selected the record.
currently it will bring you back to the fist page of the subgrid.
We can increase the number of records on the subgrid. Howerver, this is not always a good option as it occupies additional space.

Delete Audit history for a Table, date range wise.

When we want to delete audit per table, there is currently no option to select the date range.
Also, if you select a date range option, there is no option to select tables or entities.
We had moved a module to Production 3 years ago and for some reasons it was not used.
We rectified all the issues in that module and went live in Jan 2023, so now we want to delete all audit history of entities involved in that module till 31 Dec 2022. We are unable to do so, because if we select date 31 Dec 2022 to delete audit history, it will delete audit history of all modules till the said date, other modules which went live 3 years back. If we try to delete audit of specific tables it is not giving date option, so if we delete table wise it will delete all audit of that table including audit of year 2023, which is required, as we went live in Jan 2023.
So if we have option to delete audit history table wise, with date range then it will help us delete audit history of selected entities for specific date range only.

Calendar control in web browser functionality is not complete

This is in relation to the fact that the calendar control in the web browser does not behave correctly. Currently it is only supported in the "Mobile" environment.
We had logged two Incidents
Ref - 2301120050001450 - Calendar in dashboard defaulting to Day while global setting in personalisation settings is Month
Ref:-Â 2301260050001999 - Dashboard is not retaining the information in the Calendar
- Open up the Dashboard "Service Engineer" and there are no entries in the diary
- Go to Bookable resource bookings
- Show as Booking Calendar Control
- Go back to "Service Engineer" dashboard
- Change the agenda to Month and the entries appear
- but they would only show for one month.
The above steps need to be carried out every time a user goes into the dashboard.

Longer field name in mobile application

When using the IOS mobile application, the lookup fields are rather small. If the lookup has a medium long name, we only see a part of it. In the Android application, the field "jumps down" under the display name wich is a more plessant experience.

Consistent time format in hourly view

If the 24h time format is used generally (0-24h), the schedule board hourly view is using that format in the columns that represent the hours. If the zoom of the hourly view is set to 50 or 60 the time is presented in the 12h format (0-12 AM/PM). To optimize user experience a consistent behavior of the time format in the schedule board hourly view would be great.

Recurring appointment booking

We should have feature to add recurring booking on basis of predefine frequency setup for incident type and preference set by customer . this will help organizations to have better visibility for upcoming month resource utilizations .man power alignment , inventory planning and in medical fields this will give a better output to customer for ex - if customer consumed these sessions within predefine timeframe they will have a better output for the treatment . this also have a better user experience for user where in one click they have a planner for the customer's . this will be very powerful feature for the spa ,saloon ,medical industry .

Global schedule board view settings

When accessing the schedule board within the work order via the button "book", the default board view settings are not stored.
Every time the user has to change the settings (timezone, etc.) again.
On example is the difference between the time zone in the workorder and the displayed time zone in the schedule board.
For the future it would be very helpful if there could be the option to have s.th.like global board view settings which are also applicable when accessing the schedule board from a work order.

Open Bookings from Schedule Board in separate Tab

Currently, when you open a booking from the Schedule Board, an overlay with the booking is displayed.
However, it is not possible to edit items associated with the booking. You can click "Open in new window"
on the overlay and open the booking in a separate tab. Then you can edit the booking and all the elements
associated with it, but the overlay remains active on the planning board and you have to click on a message
to leave the page and close the overlay to return to the planning board.
If you accidentally click OK instead of Cancel on the leave site message, the Schedule Board will close completely
and you will have to reload it.
Clicking OK does get you back into the planning board, but it is very cumbersome and requires many more
clicks than necessary and is not acceptable for someone who has to work with it on a daily basis.
It would be great if there was an option in the field service settings to double-click to open bookings directly
in a new tab without the overlay appearing at all.

Be able to add picture / video / hyperlink as question reference

Hi
Inspection function is really a great one. However, during actual usage, time after time it happens that we need to add some guideline towards question built, for user be able to give right answer, not only via text.
Can we further improve the function that allow user to add picture / video / hyperlink link to question? so when user try to fill in the answer before, he/she can just click to see what is the guideline.
This will be really good.
