Breaks to appear at the start of the day
Suggested by Marium Hasan – New – 0 Comments
For work schedules that span two consecutive days, a break slot may fall across midnight. For example, if a shift starts at 8:00 PM and ends at 5:00 AM, a break could be scheduled from 11:45 PM to 12:15 AM. In such cases, msdyn_SaveCalendar will be called twice — once for the preceding day and once for the next day. However, for the next day, handling a break slot that starts at 12:00 AM (e.g., 12:00 AM to 12:15 AM) is currently not supported. Allowing break to appear at the start of the day to handle such scenario can help in scheduling overnight shifts.

Improve Booking Status Component in Field Service Forms
Suggested by Bérangère DUVAL – New – 0 Comments
I would like to highlight a limitation of the Booking Status component in Field Service forms. As mentioned by the Microsoft support team, this component is designed for a small number of statuses. When there are more than about ten booking statuses, the component behaves unpredictably, causing the list to move up and down without user action.
Despite this limitation, customers appreciate the organizational ease provided by booking statuses. These are simple to use and configure, allowing Field Service to adapt to various business contexts.
It would be helpful if Microsoft could enhance this component to handle a larger number of booking statuses without performance or usability issues.

Show all Resource Preferences in "Preferred Resources" column on Requirement Groups resource requirement grid
Suggested by Joseph Duty – New – 0 Comments
Currently, the requirement group form has a grid that displays most of the key booking requirements for booking that requirement group. One of the columns is called "Preferred Resources", which displays resource preference rows associated with the given resource requirement, but only when the preference type is "Preferred". If you select "Must choose from" or "Restricted" preference type, then the associated resource preference disappears from the preferred resources column of the requirement group grid.
This is inconsistent with the other columns in the grid, which display all associated records, and don't filter by sub-types (see characteristics or resource categories or organizational unit columns). The associated booking functionality that goes with preference types is invaluable, but the grid display does not seem to make the use of the range of resource preference types available.
My proposal is to either show all resource preferences in the existing preferred resources column, or else add 2 additional columns that display "must choose from" and "restricted" preference types for associated resource preferences.

From default solution also its not possible to increase the duration of "Toast notification fade interval in seconds" as well.

Checkbox selection in schedule board planners
Suggested by Harvey Binda – New – 0 Comments
The planners that work with the schedule board get confronted with ad hoc problems. To oversee possibilities in the schedule they would like to have a check-box functionality to select random resources from different capabilities and/or resourcegroups.
The current (on premise) solution offers this functionality and is used by all planners throughout the day.

Suggested by Ellen Lawrence – New – 0 Comments
Customer would like the option to show/hide the utilization bar on the schedule board on the Daily, Weekly, and Monthly views. Note that it is the utilization bar that is shown above the bookings.

Display calendar weeks in the calendar control
Suggested by Jörn Sick – New – 0 Comments
The standard calendar control does not currently offer the option of displaying the respective calendar week.
A Powerapps control offers this option. However, it interprets the calendar weeks incorrectly and causes confusion.
