Under the Booking view there was a monthly view. In monthly view there was a word status and it will not show anything about the user status simply we can see the word status. Customer concern is we need to remove that status word from the monthly view

Wrapping Columns for Enhanced Data Visibility
Suggested by Dinesh Kusuma – New – 0 Comments
To ensure users have seamless access to complete data within rows, I recommend implementing a column wrapping feature. This feature will enable text within columns to automatically wrap onto multiple lines, ensuring that no data is truncated and users can easily view all information without unnecessary scrolling. By introducing this enhancement, we can significantly improve data visibility and user experience.
Microsoft Field Service needs this capability.

Stop Booking Duration being extended when estimated travel time is replaced with actual travel time
Suggested by Ian Podmore – New – 0 Comments
The default system behaviour when a Booking has an Estimated Travel Duration is that the total Booking duration is made up of the planned Work duration and the Estimated Travel Duration.
When the Resource travels to the customer after setting the Booking Status to Travelling, and then sets the Booking Status to In-progress, the Booking duration is being extended by the original estimated travel duration.
The End Time of the Booking is therefore changed to the planned End Time to be the End Time plus another section of Travel.
This can lead to a Booking showing over 2 days in the Agenda view in mobile which is confusing for technicians.
Idea - to change the standard behaviour is this situation to not add the estimated Travel duration to the overall Booking duration at the end of the initial Travel phase.
A setting option to allow existing behaviour may be beneficial for some, although it would be an easy localised customization to automatically add to the Booking Duration with the Initial Travel Duration when the Booking is set to In-Progress. To do the opposite with the existing setup is not so simple as estimated Travel duration gets set to 0 when the Booking is set to In-Progress. This is also strange as it prevents data reporting of estimated travel duration compared to actual travel duration.

HTML Web Resources Support in Offline mode
Suggested by Jenny Smith – New – 0 Comments
Currently, HTML web resources are not supported in offline mode. But to add some custom UI on the form we need the HTML web resources functionality. However, due to these limitations, we are unable to add HTML web resources to the form.
Microsoft has mentioned in docs that HTML web resources are supported in offline mode but it is not supported yet in offline mode.
Earlier in the field service mobile app HTML Web resources were fully supported in both modes as well as on all platforms. But In this new field service(Dynamics 365) Mobile app HTML web resources are not supported even after adding just a simple heading tag.
Requesting the Microsoft team to work on adding support of HTML Web resources offline for the field service(Dynamics 365) Mobile app same as supported in the old Field Service Mobile app.

Schedule assistant filter search start and end date values disappear when pressing 0
Suggested by Jay Allen – New – 0 Comments
Currently when making a booking, if you need to change one of the date fields in the filter pane for Search Start or Search End and you press the 0 button to type in a time or date (eg 09/07/2023 or 09:00 AM) then the field blanks out entirely (does this for the day, month, year and hour parts but not the minutes), resetting to a blank state of dd/mm/yyyy --:-- --
It should not completely wipe the entire entry if users are trying to enter a dd format like 09.

automatically convert work order product to a customer asset and replace an existing customer asset's position in an asset tree structure OOTB.
Suggested by Maraka Harika – New – 0 Comments
For example, if the Field service engineer onsite need to change the feeding fiber, requirement is that, system should not create the new record with new product details, instead it should replace an existing customer asset's position in an asset tree structure OOTB.
Once the task is performed, currently a new record will get created with the details of newly used product and not getting added to the asset hierarchy.
Issue is that,
1. Currently customers are manually deleting the existing product details as old stock is returned to the company and expectation is that new product details should get auto updated with the existing product details.
2. Newly created record is not automatically getting linked to the parent asset, currently customers are updating manually.

Difficult to read QR codes with android devices using Field Service Mobile.
Suggested by Kunihiko Hayakawa – New – 0 Comments
It is sometimes very difficult to read a QR code with android devices using Field Service Mobile.
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/field-service/mobile-power-app-system-barcode-scanning
The device needs to be at a specific distance and angle for it to read the QR code and it can take a user 30 seconds or so to position their device properly. Please consider improving the read capability in this scenario.
