Allow Accessibility User Settings to increase Font Size for readability

We have received feedback from business users that the fonts (in some cases) within the app is very small. Unfortunately, at least on iOS, the app does not respect the device accessibility settings. In a browser the user obviously has additional options to increase readability along with larger monitors that are not available on a mobile form factor (tablet/phone).
Allow the user within the app under settings/preferences to increase the zoom/font size for all text/fonts in the app.

Quick Successive Image Capturing and Multi-Image Upload

Our users are using the app on a daily basis to document works completion on the ground come rain or shine and time is of essence since they have a heavy workload. Currently, when users take and add photos or upload photos/documents, these can only be done one after another and they have to wait for the uploading spinner to complete each time.
The feature requests are for the following:
(a) Allow for users to take and add photos in quick succession without having to wait for each photo to complete uploading before they can upload the next one.

(b) Allow for users to upload multiple images/documents at one go without having to wait for each photo to complete uploading before they can upload the next one.

To be honest, our users are complaining that these basic issue is hampering their productivity every single day, it is really painful for them and we urge your help please. Most modern systems do not have such issue and we are certain Microsoft will not let users down with regards to basic and essential functionality like photo capturing and uploading. Much appreciated.

Editable grid on phones (Field service)

"Based on customer feedback, we have removed the editable grid experience from phones. When using an editable grid on a phone, you will see a read-only version of the list control."
That would be great if we can edit grids on phone again (Field Service app) due to its benefit and the convenience once using it from our customer's side.
Kindly help consider unlocking this editable grid feature on phone for more using in the future.

Field Service Fix: Agreement booking date WO generation

Hi,
When agreement booking dates are being generated, the conversion through the asynchronous MSFT flow doesn't work as stable (one of my customers has after 2 months that 296 booking dates are not transformed to WO's).
This results in the WO's not being generated from the agreement booking dates.
I've taken this up with MSFT and have gotten the feedback that this is a known issue however a small customization might solve it.
Yet, I'm trying to launch this idea to make a scheduled PA to look into the agreement booking dates with the status "Active".
If the agreement booking date is within the "Generate WO days in advance" date (from the booking setup where the agreement booking date belongs to), then the WO generation workflow should be triggered.
Else the flow can be terminated.

Set Schedule Board as default

Hello,
right now, it is possible to edit the order in which schedule boards are displayed. This can be done just for the whole system. It should be possible for dispatchers to select one schedule board as their default, which always shows up first.
In our scenario we have several schedule boards for each business line. However, dispatchers must be able to see all of these boards, but always with their own as default option.

Offline Data Download Size Reduction in Field Service Mobile Application

Every time the user (who has been added to the list of offline profile users) performs a login into the Field Service mobile app, the application and user data getting downloaded is around 300-500 MB.
The current process needs the Field Service engineers using the mobile app to log out from the mobile app once their work shift ends.
Our requirement needs the Field Service mobile application to load with minimal data download(user and application data/tables as configured for Offline profile) once the user login and uses the application.
Please suggest a way to deal with the above scenario. Please also let us know how can we proceed with the same.

Field Service Mobile App Offline Radio Button

it should be also possible for non Microsoft Phones to switch from online to offline via a Swich, currenty once you are in the offline profile the user cannot deside to go online again, also if there is connection. so essential functions coming from power automate don't run. As offline is less likely th case it should not be either or, but online all the time and on demand offline.

Mobile Report - Page break

altough it is now possible to convert the html page into a pdf, it creates page breaks without any regard of the position. so the signature or a picture ist just split in two pages.
this really looks bad and not very representable in front of the customer.
The suggestion of MS support was to put in empty lines on where we expect the page to break.. but as we have a list of items and services which varies all the time I cannot do that!
the old resco app was able to make the breaks in the right spots, honestly I was surprised by this really big step back.. Please fix this as soon as you can, as we have to use the new App in June!
