Dynamics 365 Field Service

Allow for the possibility of agreed coverage; high level:

• add covered assets to an agreement, apart from recurrence
• add conditions of coverage (free service, hours and/or materials covered based on incident types)
• add fee x covered assets

When integrating with asset management in F&O, a number of maintenance asset fields are added to the customer asset detail.

However, even when servicing real customer assets, a great deal of these fields can be important, especially when the business model is related to maintenance outsourcing or a deep service partnership.

And some fields are no-brainers (for example manufacturer-brand type/model-serial number).

So please integrate these fields and functionalities into the base model.

Wish there is an option to easily identify, visualize field service work order location priority service location preferences tracking, for purpose to future easily synchronize with deliveries (e.g. purpose of service and maintenance or recall priorities).

Wish there is an advanced setup option to easily plan production order site locations with other and/or alternative dynamics AX 365 legal entity purchase inventory and file service work orders/inventory warehouse location for purpose of easy advanced plan warehouse creation proposals and/or syntonizations. (featuring API's maybe an alternative, however featuring efficient logistics planning maybe optimum ideal)

Example: vehicle, pharmaceutics, forbes, aeronautics...

Wish there is an option to easily convert customer gain and/or loss experience into knowledge cases.

Extend Territory table to include ability to relate activities so resources can add notes (annotation) or other activities to a Territory.

Configurable multi select for subgrids across D365 so that we can restrict user actions on subgrids from being taken on multiple records. Example scenario: On Work Order form, user should not be able to select multiple Work Order Service Tasks and deactivate.

Provide ability to configure how search works in lookup fields so we can search contains instead of begins with.
