Side Panes to be Load/Unload on particular views. The scenario is we need to unload side panes when we navigate to other views. Currently Panes are behaving as excepted we need to do couple of refreshes to make them visible/hide. If we set this on close event of a form, it will be easy for this scenario.

You have introduced VNet data gateways, but only for Power BI and Datasets.

But in our tenant for example, all of our Azure resources are behind private endpoints for security, this locks out Power Platform completely as it has to communicate over public endpoints to our company Azure components.

Using something like VNet data gateways we can open up our Azure private network to Power Platform. So we can have our apps and flows communicate to things like Key Vault, SQL, etc that are behind private endpoints.

We really need to have a way to see, maybe a timestamp as when license is assigned or removed from user.

When importing a solution into a production environment provokes the deleted of components, a window should display with information on what components will be added, removed or updated to inform the user that the action that is going to take place will cause the deletions of components, if any. It should list which components are going to be deleted and ask the user to check Confirm or Cancel, and then confirm that selection.

You have OOB and customs tables that connect with each other and some of that are used for different model-driven apps. When you want to create isolated solutions for each model-driven app, the current mechanism is will prevent you and want to include dependent components.

There should be a way that allows users to import and export model-drive apps inside solution without having to include all assets of the table that the app uses, instead allowing to include only the needed components.

A possibility could be adding warning sign that informs the user of this missing dependencies but not prevent the user of performing the import or export of the solution.

Actually, to bypass this situation users, have to edit the solution.xml and deleted the missing dependency which it is not convenient.

Currently you can only filter on what type of activity to display in the case timeline, but not on who is the sender or receiver of an e-mail. As we use the case timeline for both external as well as internal e-mail, I would like to filter out internal e-mails from the portal case timeline.

Showing all e-mails on the portal timeline is not an option for us, but not displaying any e-mails limits the information provisioning to the customer. An additional filter option on the activity Portal Timeline view for filtering on e-mail sender and receiver would be great.

When creating or editing an case in the Customer Service Workspace, there are different dropdown list that an agent has to select from. As the dropdown list holds too much data, the data usually displays a number of data, then loads, and then display the next chunk of data. The current issue is that the page did not indicate that it is loading while the data is loading.

This resulted in a msiconception that what the agent is looking for don't exist in the dropdown list for selection and close the list which in actual fact, if they wait a little longer, the data will be displayed. Hence, this idea is to have an indication when the list is still loading. Probably a "loading..." sign is good at the end of the dropdown list.

This issue will definitely worsen and becomes more obvious as the data definitely will increase overtime, and the loading time will be longer. Especially when it comes to the product type and case type dropdown selection. A number of agents have already mentioned this issue. I sincerely hope you will look into this matter and implement this idea.

I would like to suggest an idea that the page should display a sign "loading..." when any field is still loading.

When creating or editing a new case, agents will have to select different dropdown list fields.

When the dropdown display a list of data, and there are too many data, will data will load and display part by part. Currently the issue is that when it is still loading, there is no indication to the agents. So, the agent thought that there's no such selection from the dropdown list. However, if you wait longer, the data will then be shown.

This resulted in a misconception that the data doesn't exist, the user do not know that the data is still loading since there's no indication. The data will definitely increase overtime and the loading will definitely take a longer time, this is understandable. Hence, i would like to suggest that the product team can look into adding this feature as there's a group of agents facing the same issue.

If you create a duplicates detection job, you will get a view with detected duplicates with only 12 records and below that the view with possible duplicates. This screen is considered user-unfriendly by users. Is it possible to improve these views in the product?

We wanted to know if there is any possibilities to add Font size in decimal as well.

For Knowledge Articles we believe users should get an option to select or add font size as per their requirement, e.g. 10.5.

It will allow the users to customize the Article based on their requirement.
