Reply All and Forward returned to Timeline without being in a drop down
Suggested by Tina Silver – New – 1 Comments
With the upgraded look and feel of the Timeline in Wave 2 2022, the Reply All and Forward icons were moved into a drop down. This is now an extra click for users. For us in particular, we always use the Reply All button because we can't see who all was on the original email without opening the email record, and for us we do a lot of quick replies.

email status on timeline
Suggested by Baoru Li – New – 0 Comments
Currently, even when the agent have not replied to the e-mail, it is stated as CLOSED status on the timeline.
This resulted in a misunderstanding between other agents that the e-mail has been replied or closed when it is not.
Can the status be changed to avoid this misunderstanding?

Agent Script Text Field
Suggested by Sean Kelly – New – 0 Comments
Please allow for customization of form or increase size of the text box on the Agent Script Step, the multi line attribute where the text gets placed is tiny and very difficult to write large pieces of text in a user friendly fashion.

Portal and Sharepoint with custom document library
Suggested by Sushma Patole – New – 0 Comments
This is much needed feature.
In this low code era, after adapting everything to Microsoft, you wanted people to code in order to show SharePoint data in portal????
Sharepoint Gives me choice to separate data for external and Internal user based on access granted
CRM give me choice to link extrenal data from sharepoint using document location and using custom document library
Portal only shows data from default site record.
Why portal do not support data from same site but linked to custom document library same like CRM.(Open document location)

BookMark Filters and Cloud/Desktop Flows selection
Suggested by MELISSA MCCORRISTON – New – 0 Comments
We mostly use cloud flows yet every time we enter Power Automate Analytics it opens on Desktop would be great if it remembered our previous selection or if we could set bookmarks to remember filters and cloud/desktop selection.

Filter Power Automate Analytics Daily Line Chart
Suggested by MELISSA MCCORRISTON – New – 0 Comments
Power Automate Analytics when you select filter the data for only next 7 days does not change the daily line chart on the run page to only show 7 days of data.

Load Data from Power Automate Analytics into Dataverse/Power BI
Suggested by MELISSA MCCORRISTON – New – 0 Comments
Should be able to use the data that is behind the Power Automate Analytics in the Power Platform Admin Center to create our own error tracking reports into Power BI. Currently can only export aggregated data. Need access to the data at a lower grain that is updated ideally in real time to feed into Power BI reports to live track Power Automate flows with our own filters and date ranges.

Power Automate Analytics runs failures should match errors when terminate condition forces success
Suggested by MELISSA MCCORRISTON – New – 0 Comments
Sometimes errors are okay and expected but the whole flow shouldn't fail just because one action fails. As such we can add a terminate condition at the end with a run after failure in order to avoid getting flow failure notifications when the error was expected. This works well when looking at the flow in Power Automate as it is marked as a success as well as in the Runs page in Admin Center. However the flow will still show up in the error page in Admin Center. As such there is no way to see a list of which flows have actually failed as they are mixed in with flows that succeeded via terminate.
There should be a way to see a list of flows & errors with failures as opposed to flows with failures & final state of success with errors.

Sandbox Environments - Specify Maintenance Window or Visibility of Schedule Maintenance
Suggested by Matthew Hunter – New – 0 Comments
Hi there,
In production, there is a way to specify the Maintenance Window so that CE Apps install during this window.
See here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/manage-maintenance-window
This feature is not available in Sandbox environments, nor is there anyway to see when CE Apps will be updated (i.e. a schedule).
We have found it be a huge inconvenience when suddenly our sandbox environments are slow and sluggish - the we find out that Marketing or another App is being updated while we are trying to develop. This is happening during normal business hours and so affects out team - because we often can't save or publish in the envionment - for hours at a time
Thanks.
