  • Adjust the customer Item price at recurring sales invoice card

    Could you make it possible to adjust the item price at the recurring sales invoice card. At the recurring sales invoice card it is now only possible to fill in the recurring sales items and quantity, but not the sales price. At our company we have items that are sold to many different customers every month, however the prices for these items differ between those customers. Hence, I have to set a special price for this item at all customer cards, but also have to set up recurring sales invoices at these customer cards. It would be a lot of easier if this can be done in one go. P.S. I am aware that there is a 'Amount excl. VAT' column for recurring sales invoices, however this field is not available for lines with 'item' types. So my suggestion is basically to make this column available for lines with 'item' types.   • Automatically update date for recurring sales invoices

    Please make it possible to automatically update the document date and posting date for job queue items for recurring sales invoices when it has been executed. For example; I have a recurring sales invoice that has to be invoiced every month. I've made a job queue item to automatically make this invoice every month. However, I have to manually update the posting and document date for this job queue item after every run. I would be much easier (and avoid a lot of mistakes) if the posting and document date of the job item would automatically update to date + 1M.
  • Option to choose sales document print lay-out

    We are struggling with the fact that it is only possible to use one standard lay-out when printing a (sales) document.


    We sell many different types of products for which we need different formatting of quotes, sales orders and/or invoices. Therefore we would like to have the option to be able to choose whether a different document lay-out should be used when printing a quote/order/invoice.

  • Integration between Business Central and Dynamics 365 Field Service

    As a service providing company we use Dynamics Field Service to deliver services to our customers. Our order processing team handles work orders through Dynamics Field Service, however all other order processing work, such as handling purchase orders and processing item-only sales orders, is done through Business Central. Hence, an integration between Work Orders in Dynamics Field Service and Service Orders in Dynamics Business Central would be a very welcome addition. This could be a similar integration as the integration that already exists with Dynamics Sales. The integration with Dynamics Sales is however very limited to only a view tables (accounts, vendors, products etc.).

  • Filter portal case timeline to only display external facing e-mails

    Currently you can only filter on what type of activity to display in the case timeline, but not on who is the sender or receiver of an e-mail. As we use the case timeline for both external as well as internal e-mail, I would like to filter out internal e-mails from the portal case timeline.


    Showing all e-mails on the portal timeline is not an option for us, but not displaying any e-mails limits the information provisioning to the customer. An additional filter option on the activity Portal Timeline view for filtering on e-mail sender and receiver would be great.

  • Allow updating Unit Group on D365 Sales Product

    Currently you can not update the Unit Group in Dynamics 365 Sales. When integrating with Business Central this is a must because Business Central will have a unique Unit Group for every product. When syncing existing products between D365 Sales and Business Central, this will fail because you are unable to update Unit Groups of existing products.
