It would be nice to have an overview for COllections similar to what we have for variables: where is th eusage of my collections (which screen, on which controls, OnVisible property of screens, etc.) - It is really hard finding all of them if you need to make changes in a specific collection -

Switch Back to View from Open Record Set in Case

When opening a View in CRM and open any case in the list, it is possible to open the Record Set from the Ribbon Bar of the Case. Then it is possible to navigate quickly between the case of the view. But it is not possible to quickly jump back to the View were all started. A new button with this function would be very helpful. -
Possibility to set the Default "tab" in a Case

Some times the User wants to open the "Service Task" Tab everytime he opens a Case. On other days it would be better, that the system opens by default "Post, Activities" Tab. everytime he opens a Case. ...... It would be nice if we can have a "pin" next to the each Tab Name and depending on which "tab" has actually the pin set the system knows that form now one this tab is the default tab when opening a Case for this user. Until the pin is set at a different Tab. -
"Share" Button in Ribbon Menu of Cases (views)

It would be nice to have a "Share" Button for "My Views" in the in Ribbon Menu of Cases (views) or in the Drop Down Menu for the Views. -

This is to request to have a multiselect option field and date time field ANSWERS to appear as BOLD text. Related to ticket raised to Microsoft Support with TrackingID#2109030060001178. Field such as Single Option, LookUp, Multiline of Text, Single Line of Text Answers appear on BOLD. -
Ability to customize the alert message popped up when Non CRM trying to access the CRM Org

Problem: Whenever a Non CRM user, who doesnt have access to CRM tries to login into CRM organization, system throws a generic message, which is not customizable by CRM admins at present. Suggestion : It will be great if Admins allowed to customize this message, so that they can update the message which guides user on how to get access and hepful links which is unique their org -
Color change in Dashboard

Increase retention period of backup restoration

Current behavior:
The D365 Sandbox environment backup restore has retention period of 7 days and for production environment it is 28 days.
Ask:
Request to increase the retention period of backup restore of D365 environments.
Sandbox environments from 7 days to 30 days and production environments from 28 days to 60 days.
