It would be nice to have a "Share" Button for "My Views" in the in Ribbon Menu of Cases (views) or in the Drop Down Menu for the Views.

Some times the User wants to open the "Service Task" Tab everytime he opens a Case. On other days it would be better, that the system opens by default "Post, Activities" Tab. everytime he opens a Case. ...... It would be nice if we can have a "pin" next to the each Tab Name and depending on which "tab" has actually the pin set the system knows that form now one this tab is the default tab when opening a Case for this user. Until the pin is set at a different Tab.

When opening a View in CRM and open any case in the list, it is possible to open the Record Set from the Ribbon Bar of the Case. Then it is possible to navigate quickly between the case of the view. But it is not possible to quickly jump back to the View were all started. A new button with this function would be very helpful.

Automatically follow a Case when pin the Case in Recent set.
