Handling of Customer Voice links in Test-Send
If a customer voice is linked to an image or CTA button in a marketing email, only the link in the background should be removed during a test send - not the entire element.
Otherwise, a helpful test send is not possible.

Allow us to change the background color of an email without having to use html.
Clone Emails
Allow users to quickly clone emails without creating a template. We have a use case in which we need to send two versions of an email with small changes in language between each version. Creating a template from the original and then an email from that template inserts an unnecessary step.

Real Time Marketing - Email - Default Image Alt Text Using Information Stored in File in Library
In Real Time Marketing, we are able to upload images. Upon uploading, we can enter information like ALT text, description, etc. I'm not sure why our emails do not pre-populate or default image alt text to use this information? This would be very helfpul.

Amp for Emails has been developed by Google for a few years now. It would allow users to interact with emails (make appointments, scroll through images etc) without having to visit websites. Salesforce have integrated this capability, it would be good to see it on Dynamics too.

We released this functionality as part of the 2019 Release. In order to change the background color of your email, please click on the outer canvas area, and set the background color in the properties pane.
