It appears that a feature in RTM within CI-J is not functioning properly. Specifically, when attempting to add a Content Block into an email element, it does not work. Upon clicking the Content Block option, an error message appears indicating that "No data is available," despite the client having several live Content blocks available.


We need the ability to use a column with a background color for our content blocks (which has a transparent background). To achieve this currently, we have to create a content block for each type of header, footer, and body with different type of background colors. By adding a content block into an element, we can add a background color to it. That way, we can have one version of the content block rather than 6-10 different types of variables.
