Video Link in Marketing Email gets downloaded instead of Play
When users click on video Link in Marketing Email it gets downloaded instead of Play in browser.
So, the idea would be for better user experience when user clicks on the video link (uploaded in asset library) the expected behavior should be that is played in browser.
The email form should be customizable
The email form should be customizable. Custom logic and custom columns could be added so that D365 users will have the facility to segregate emails quickly and focus on specific ones.
Ability to attach documents in Marketing emails, similar feature which is available for email messages.
When we attach any file to the marketing email, they are available as links and not as documents.
E.g., how we send emails from outlook attaching documents.
