Ability to set Defaults for ALL New Emails (not just those started from a template)

A customer has requested the ability to set defaults for fields like the TO/From address in a Marketing email. These defaults will apply to ALL emails that are created, not just those created from a template. For example, I may set the From Address to "Marketing" and ALL new marketing emails that are created will default to this.

This feature is already released as part of the Brand profile functionality in real-time marketing.
