No all status values are valid and/or needed anymore and would be good to be able to edit them

Editing or deleting defined goals in a completed review should not be permitted.

Currently, the system allows employees to edit goals within completed reviews (the best example would be planning objectives task). However, it is not intended for these to be edited once the manager has completed the task.

Disable editing/deleting of review

Once the review is created, the goals have been added, measurements, weigh on goals has been assigned it would be very useful to lock it for editing/deleting from the employee (and potentially manager) side. Currently, employee can change target measurement, change weigh assigned to goals etc ...
