This is useful, for example, contract employees are onboarded as permanent employees, there are usually two different employee records with different worker ids which need to be merged both at a master and transaction level (performance reviews, performance journals etc.).

The 'Status' field is currently an enum field that cannot be edited or developed.

Editing or deleting defined goals in a completed review should not be permitted.

Currently, the system allows employees to edit goals within completed reviews (the best example would be planning objectives task). However, it is not intended for these to be edited once the manager has completed the task.
