Changes made to the Review templates are not preserved after saving them as a View and refreshing the form.
Although the impact is minor, it affects all users who work with review templates. The primary concern is that HR is unable to develop review templates that match the personalized nature of the actual reviews, as the templates do not offer the same customization options. It is crucial for the personalization features to operate consistently across both forms.
At this time, there is no workaround for this issue.
Repro steps:
- Navigate to the Review Templates form located under Human Resources > Performance > Setup > Review Templates.
- Right-click on the Overview tab and select the option to Personalize.
- Change the label of the field to Introduction for clarity.
- Apply similar modifications to the Goals and Competencies fields, renaming them to Reflection Points and Objectives.
- Save these adjustments as a new View for future reference.
- Switch to the newly saved view and click the Refresh button located in the top right corner.
- Upon refreshing, it becomes evident that the fields revert to their original names.
Expected result: The anticipated outcome is that the new field names should be visible in the saved view.
Actual Result: However, the actual outcome shows that the fields have returned to their initial labels.
