Wish there is an option to easily identify and track employee admiral and appreciation evaluations, purpose of skill or image development or other.


Featuring conventional on-boarding maybe helpful, however featuring appreciation or admiration at hiring and/or at layoff, employer may have better basis for next hiring applicant or applicant prototype.
