It would be nice if the evaluation of an e-mail consisted of more than just a list view. In outbound, there was a dashboard with all values at a glance. Could this also be integrated into RTM, please? Could the link-heatmap and opening times be integrated again, please?

Currently when a User sends an email via Dynamics, the email message then appears in Outlook under Sent Items folder. If that User (who is the sender) clicks on it to mark it as Read then it counts as an Opened Email, which it shouldn’t.
