Right now we're setting E-Mail-Templates up for our Company-Newsletter. Unfortunately the darkmode of Outlook destroys the design. Even if I set the background-colour specificly to white, the colours getting inverted. In this case our logo disappears.

I think the background-colour should stay white, if you set it to white. Like it is already solved with font-colours. If you set the colour of the font to automatic, it adapts its appearance according to darkmode or other modes, but if you set it to white, it stays white, wether you open it in darkmode or not.

If this problem can't be solved, it would be nice to offer the customer an option to let him his logo get automaticely inverted. Or like field in which you can place a negative version, which is set, when the darkmode of the person is activated.
