Create AzureDevOps test case from Rsat

This functionality is available as of Finance and Operations version 10.0.13. When recording a test, you can add a step to validate the state of a control. It is supported as of RSAT version 2.0.
Validate if buttons/fields are editable or not
It would be great to have the ability to validate whether a button or a field is available to click or edit. We can partially test this, if they are available - we click the button or edit the field. However there is no way currenty to test that a button or a field is greyed out. It would be nice...
