Sorting all Case Activities in service cases chronologically regardless of type (post, activity, note)

It would be very helpful to have the option to sort all case activity types together within a case by date / time instead of having them sorted into buckets first.

CRM 2013 : Send email option should be included in more commands

Customer had concerns that the option for Sending Emails in more commands is not available as it was in CRM 2011 but it is not present in CRM 2013.
Customer wants that option back.

Appointment Form - All day Event error

E-mail save disabled when activity status published on form

BUG Cannot Edit Email Body with Chrome

Issue with ActivityFeeds , getting an script error "Unable to get property 'last accessed' of undefined or null reference" when we use two same records (Accounts, users etc) in a single post.

Issue:- Gets script error in outlook client only when blogging in Activity feeds if you have linked reference to the same record twice.

Environment :-
CRM server - 2011- UR-12
Outlook 2010 SP 2 -UR-12

Note :- Issue can be reproduced easily in test environment ( UR-12)

Calendar month view broken link to open Appointment

MS CRM 2013 onpremise has a bug on Calendar month view and the link to open the Appointment do not exist, so if I double clic on appointmente nothing happens.
This do not happen on week or day views and neither on MS CRM 2013 Online .
