When searching for out of the box activity records (e.g. appointments), in the search result screen the deactivate/activate buttons are not available on the ribbon.
When searching for custom activity records, in the search results screen the deactivate/activate buttons are available on the ribbon.
On click of the deactivate button, the custom activity records are deactivated successfully.
On click of the activate button, an error message is received.
Could you please clarify if there is a particular reason for this inconsistency?

Hi Wanessa, Thank you for your feedback. We are unable to reproduce the issue that's been reported in oru latest builds. All entities that are of an Activity type do not have activate/deactivate actions available for them. These are replaced by commands to mark as complete and cancel the activity Regards, Karan
