We have an issue when a user clicks the Regarding lookup on an activity, either when there is an existing value in the lookup, or when they type in a search term and press enter. It looks like it is trying to search across all activity enabled entities, and this is a very large database with lots of data so it's taking more than 10 seconds for the lookup to open. During this time the UI is frozen and the user cannot do anything.
