Issue:- Gets script error in outlook client only when blogging in Activity feeds if you have linked reference to the same record twice.

Environment :-
CRM server - 2011- UR-12
Outlook 2010 SP 2 -UR-12

Note :- Issue can be reproduced easily in test environment ( UR-12)

Repro steps
========
1) Go to outlook client
2) Click on What's new ( Under-workplace-My work)
3) Enter @@ on the blogging field
4) It will provide you look-up
5) Lookup for any entity record . i.e. Account named as Test
5) Click on 'Ok' but do not press enter
6) Continue the same string again press @@ it will again provide you lookup
7) Select the same record which you selected last time i.e. Account named as Test
8) Click on 'Ok' and now press enter
9) We will get below script error though the record will get added properly.
10) Issue happen with all user's

- Issue can be easily reproducible with UR 14 for Server and Client
- We were able to recreate it in out test environment.

- - Issue can be easily reproducible with UR 16 for Server and Client
- We were able to recreate it in out test environment.

Currently it is by-design . If possible please try to overcome the error message.
