Usabilidad control de notas CRM

Suggestion to have a feature where we can check in CRM 2013, which email id customer is using to send emails.

Customer has clients ( Contact records) who have multiple email addresses on their record i.e Email, Email 1 and Email 2.

Activities list not working due to "HTTPS security is compromised" error

Send & Receive Emails without creating an activity

It is a useful feature to be able to click a Contact's Email address and for Outlook to then open with a new email. However, I want to be able to send the email without it creating a new Activity for the Contact.

Have more than one Task per Business Process Flow

It looks like you can only create one record of each entity type within a single BPF, so if you have a multi-task process - start from a Case, create a Task for the Credit Team in Stage 2, create a Task for the Billing Team in Stage 3 - you are out of luck.
