From Outlook - Convert Email to Case


If I track an email and then click on the Convert To Case button in the Outlook 2010 ribbon it will create the case but the original email is not linked to the newly created case.

Activities list not working due to "HTTPS security is compromised" error


Users are attaching emails (from Outlook) that contain image links from a website on their intranet. The intranet uses HTTP, not HTTPS. The CRM uses HTTPS.
