Filtering on fields
When filtering on fields in Talent, some start with "contains" and others "begin with", this doesn't seem to make sense. it would be a good idea to have all filterable fields show "contains" for consistency.

Allow for updating of the employee code under the Employee/Worker
As it stands, you can only give an employee one employee code for their time within Talent. We would like the ability to edit this as employees can move from legal entity to legal entity within the same organization.
