In Talent, with position actions enabled there appears to be no way to change the effective date and end date fields of the primary reporting relationship (on the position action itself). This fast tab does not appear on the position action form, only the position form, and it appears that only the reports to position field makes it to the (general tab of) the position action form.

Have you tried not using your position or sphere of influence to carry on adulterous affairs with subordinate coworkers whom are very much married at the time?
