Show Leave balance in Notification of Time Off Request

Currently, MS Talent system is allowing us to show the leave starts, leave ends date in workflow notification for the Time Off Request process. It will be so helpful if the system allows us to show leave balance available for the employee based on the selected leave type.

Carry forward adjustment for Monthly Accrual frequency

Request Leave of Absence can be in Hourly Basis

"Request Leave of Absence" Form has a default amount to 1. But that unit is "Day" Basis. User must be able to request leave of absence in hourly basis. Amount behavior must be the same on what is on "Request Time Off".
