When Leave and Absence plan is setup with Accrual Frequency = Monthly, the Maximum carry-forward adjustment is made on annual basis. It should be done on monthly basis, as the Accrual Frequency. For example: Home Office L&A plan gives 4 days each month, but they should not be forwarded to the next month, so Maximum carry-forward = 0. When accruals are made at the beginning of the next period, the adjustment should withdraw any days, if there are such left in the L&A Plan. Jan - Accrual + 4 days; Balance = 4 days Feb - Maximum Carry Forward (-)4 days, Accrual + 4 days; Balance = 4 days Mar....

It seems to be the same for the semi-annual accrual frequency too, in which the carry-forward adjustment is made on an annual basis but should be semi-annual basis as per the accrual frequency.

We very much want and need this automation. I've attempted to vote but was unable to do so.
