Scenario: I submitted a leave request from legal entity 0010, my manager is in legal entity 0020.
He is not able to approve my request as he does not hold employment in 0010.
We need the workflow to be global and not per entity.
The manager should be able to approve requests from his/hers direct reports no matter where they are in the world/legal entity.
