He is not able to approve my request as he does not hold employment in 0010.
We need the workflow to be global and not per entity.
The manager should be able to approve requests from his/hers direct reports no matter where they are in the world/legal entity.

Approval is a thing but manager in company A should also see all absences of their team members from their company, without going into their company. The preview feature only shares absences' view between companies where the employee has an employment, but when there is no overlap with the manager company the manager is still unable to see everything in his/her company.

This would be definitely useful especially where large number of legal entities exist. Similar to the comprehensive view of reports' compensations, leave requests should fall into the same bucket.
