Approver Name Drop list to be added in the Request Leave form

Our customers are expecting to have Approver Name dropdown in the request leave form where the dropdown binds down with the management role names which allows the employees to select the approver who could approve their leave request.

Disable half-day option from Time-off Requests
Half-day definition has been disabled from leave and absence parameters but employees are still able to request half-day Time-off.
There are organizations that do not support the idea of half-day leave request and it would be very useful to disable the option from Time-off request screen...

Pro-rated leave calculation on leave type that includes bank holidays

Allow more than 8 hours leave to be requested per day in Dynamics HR Teams App
The leave functionality in the Dynamics HR Teams application is limited to 8hours per day. We have people on contracts greater than 8 hours per day.
It would be great if users could request more than 8 hours as they can in the Dynamics HR web browser app.

Leave collision across different leave types
Currently, D365HR checks for collision or overlaps on the same leave type with similar or inclusive dates. This is not the case for other leave types.
