Currently, D365HR checks for collision or overlaps on the same leave type with similar or inclusive dates. This is not the case for other leave types. Provision has to be made for collision checks to be made on other leave types where a similar date exist irrespective of the leave type requested.

For example, a user requests leave X from 01/11/2021 - 09/11/2021 and sent successfully. If a user requests leave Y using the same date (01/11/2021 - 09/11/2021), the system should not allow the leave request to be sent. A similar check should be made if the employee is booked for training.
