It has been requested several time within our organisation for the need for employees to see the company's leave calendar and it not just be restricted to the team calendar where you can only see who else is off with the same manager as you.

In our smaller sites employees cover work in different areas with employees who have different managers, by having the team calendar only showing the employees who have the same manager is causing issues when leave is being viewed as leave may have already been requested at the same time for work that needs to be covered.

The option for employees to be able to view the company absence calendar on the ESS would mitigate this issues are are seeing.
