Service Invoice

The Service Invoice need a brush up. The servicelines must bee groups on service Items. So the customer can se witch serviceline is on every Service Item. Need a function for a mail body as well.

Service cost - currencies

If service costs are added to a document with a currency <> local currency it is not possible, to enter default unit prices for these foreign currenties, the standard only converts them with the current exchange rate.

Dashboard is empty for Service Role
