We have identified a gap in that all of our Documents that are generated during the manufacturing process requires a electornic respository. we currently handle this with Salesforce. We are moving all in to BC. We have identified that Service Items would be the best area for all departments within the company to be able to access these documents in one convienent location. However, There currently is no ability to store documents within a Service Item.
