Integrate with Dynamics Portals Authentication
If we authenticate, we can get information from other systems via flow and display them in chat.

Ability to rename the agent
There doesn't appear to be a way to rename a virtual agent as of right now.

Edit Trigger Phrases
We can't use this tool as it, because of the inability to add colloquial greetings. It just responds "Sorry, I am not able to find a related topic. Can you rephrase and try again?" ... It also doesn't reply with something like "Sorry, I am not able to find a related topic, do you need assistan...

Ability to extract chat history
Would be great to extract chat history and integrate with CRM contacts in an authenticated scenario This ties into needing a Portal Authentication and auto-linking a contact with chat session
