If we authenticate, we can get information from other systems via flow and display them in chat.
Ability to initiate phone calls
Would be great to have a seamless capability to integrate with omni-channel engagement hub for CTI integrations with various phone systems

Ability to rename the agent
There doesn't appear to be a way to rename a virtual agent as of right now.
Ability to extract chat history
Would be great to extract chat history and integrate with CRM contacts in an authenticated scenario
This ties into needing a Portal Authentication and auto-linking a contact with chat session
