Edit Trigger Phrases

We can't use this tool as it, because of the inability to add colloquial greetings. It just responds "Sorry, I am not able to find a related topic. Can you rephrase and try again?" ... It also doesn't reply with something like "Sorry, I am not able to find a related topic, do you need assistance?...
