There doesn't appear to be a way to rename a virtual agent as of right now.

We are building a bot as a product to be used by multiple customers. Hence, we would like the ability to rename the bot for each customer rather than having to re-build it for each customer only to have it branded in their name.

Thank you for the suggestion. Currently you cannot rename your bot. Can you share some information on the importance of this feature? It would help us prioritize among other features in our roadmap.
