I want to start a chat with real-time translation turned off in Omnichannel for Customer Service
When you set up real-time translation for Omnichannel for Customer Service chats, the chat now starts with translation turned on.
However, it would be helpful if there was a feature where I could choose to leave the translation off or on at the start of the chat.
