I would be nice to have in standard the feature/functionality to exclude (One or group of customers) from discount/offer.

Let's say we have 3 Customers.

1- Default Customer (H101-Store Itself)

2- Uber Eats (Online Food Delivery Customer)

3- Deliveroo (Online Food Delivery Customer)

*Offer/Discount shall only be applied on Default Customer (Walkin Customer) not on Online Food Delivery Customer.

We are importing category/Product images for which the image is uploaded to a folder in Azure blob storage.

Currently we are unable to setup the Storage account --> Blob container --> Public read access = 'Off' to have private access. instead of "Blob" i.e., Public access and successfully import an image from Azure storage.

If this is the case, if we open a product with an image in D365FO (within the browser somewhere out in the world) it will then be able to connect media URL by private network / endpoint.

Which might raise an alert regarding the image security for the customer.

In my opinion it will be possible for everyone to read the blob data in this container if we change the access level to “Blob (anonymous read access for blobs only)”.

We should be able to choose the color of the button on a button grid by entering either RGB or HEX codes. We can only see the RBG codes only once the color is set on the button properties window.

With the current setup, it is difficult to choose a color for multiple buttons. If you are adding a new button to an existing grid and don't really know what is the color of the current buttons, we have to waste a lot of time doing trial and error methods until we get the exact match.

Customers would want to discover a product based on multiple factors like category, brands, etc. While this can be achieved using navigation hierarchy by creating 1st level node named "brand" and listing all the brands under it, it requires a lot of manual work. In most cases, the brand is listed as an attribute, and maintaining the same as product category assignment requires manual work.

Like other CMS, it will be good to have the option to create a Product List Page based on an attribute (that is PLP for each brand) which can be addressed using a direct URL. Automatically generating a navigation menu-like structure will make life a lot easier for content managers.

At a client a Commerce product hierachy has been build to easily set new product information from one base setup.

The standard is already providing a lot of options but it would be nice to also have the Financial dimensions(DefaultDimensions) available as legal entity specific values.

I have noticed that Customer Order Functionality in Commerce is not fully tested for general purpose. I am highlighting some of the scenarios where workaround is not possible.

1) Shipping of product happens even if the payment is pending from customer

2) When cashier marks items as "shipped" in Store Commerce by mistake, even remaining amount is not collected yet, and then customer comes to store for return and refund, the Store Commerce display full invoiced amount, not the actual amount paid by the customer, due to which company has to suffer the loss.

3) Even if we give Credit Note, it issues a bill amount credit and not the actual amount paid by the customer.

I am writing to bring to your attention a case related to obtaining the Manager/Supervisor ID when overriding prices from MPOS.

We have already raised a ticket to Microsoft with the Tracking ID of 2304110030001603.

Our request is to add the Manager ID table to the database so that the name of the supervisor/manager can be retrieved when someone approves an override price from MPOS.

We kindly request that you review this case and provide us with your suggestions.

Currently, if customer would like to use the keyword to filter of field, all related data name are presented to filter of field via a fetchXml to get the querying results by using keyword.

Since customer might create many records for a entity with simliar name, it causes a confusion to find out which one is defineted definited keyword.

Hope we could add the conditions from edit filter to fetch xml and provide an improvement of user experience for filter of field to customers.

Currently, not only one customer to raise this reqirement, please take a consideration for this improvement.

When using AAD Sign-in functionality profile for MPOS, the authentication defaults to "Windows Security" pop-up if the MPOS PC is joined to a domain and the organization uses AZ as well as Active Directory. Please implement Azure AD Forms based authentication within MPOS so complete authentication experience can be handled by the application instead of handing off to the OS. The hand off can cause an issue when organization has policies defined that for example restrict username/password sign-in and enforce PIV only sign in.

As a devlopers we need a possibility to extend Content-Security-Policies in order to properly utilize the Card Not Present scenarios directly in POS.
