Baosed on this doucment, currenlty, customer must assign the roles of Omnichannel to users directly and not through team memberships. It might impact the efficiency and user experience.

Please help customer to implement the feature of make the assigment of Omnichannel roles via team privilege.

At present, when getting price successfully, a message will pop up in the upper right corner.

But this alert message blocks some key information on the page.

Please kindly help us to move the popup to another location on the page.

Currently, we only make Omnichannel Superviosr to aacess Omnichannel Ongoing Conversation Dashboard, however, this dashboard could make agent to understand more conversations info and be more convenient.

Could we create a new feature to make agent could read Omnichannel ongoing conversation dashbaord?

Currently, if customer would like to use the keyword to filter of field, all related data name are presented to filter of field via a fetchXml to get the querying results by using keyword.

Since customer might create many records for a entity with simliar name, it causes a confusion to find out which one is defineted definited keyword.

Hope we could add the conditions from edit filter to fetch xml and provide an improvement of user experience for filter of field to customers.

Currently, not only one customer to raise this reqirement, please take a consideration for this improvement.

Currently, duration is the elapsed time between the Start and Finish date according to the project calendar, despite of having non-working days in the bookable resource calendar. 

It means that if customer set holiday to bookable resource calendar, duration still be counted non-working day.

Please help customer to cosider this feature in project operation.
