  • Obtaining Manager ID from Database Table for Overriding Prices in MPOS

    I am writing to bring to your attention a case related to obtaining the Manager/Supervisor ID when overriding prices from MPOS.

    We have already raised a ticket to Microsoft with the Tracking ID of 2304110030001603.

    Our request is to add the Manager ID table to the database so that the name of the supervisor/manager can be retrieved when someone approves an override price from MPOS.

    We kindly request that you review this case and provide us with your suggestions.

  • Request to Increase Number of Lines in Receipt Designer

    Dear Microsoft,


    As you are aware, the Microsoft receipt designer currently allows a maximum of 50 lines. I understand that this is substantial, but we have a specific requirement from one of our clients to add additional terms and conditions in the footer. However, due to the current limit of 50 lines, there is insufficient space in the footer to accommodate extra lines or additional terms and conditions.


    The purpose of writing this request on the Ideas Portal is to kindly request your consideration and endeavor to increase the number of lines in the Header/Lines/Footer of the Receipt Designer in the upcoming release. This is necessary as you know that the options in the left panel of the Header, Lines, and Footer are fixed. Consequently, we are unable to place fields from the Footer into Lines, nor can we move fields from Lines to the Header within the left panel.
