    “Improve discount computation performance by using flattened discount tables” feature

    I believe the “Improve discount computation performance by using flattened discount tables” feature needs to be reviewed. It creates a batch job for each variant when created. This does not suit our business needs as each product we produce can have many different sizes and colours. For example one product could have up to 200 variants and if we create 50 products as we have purchase or created a new range of product it will create 1000's of batch jobs. Which it did in production and overloaded our batch servers.

    RSAT Copy/Note Value

    At the moment the RSAT is hindered by the lack of ability to note values throughout the process. Primarily this makes any sort of testing through saves/edits of customer orders and quotes less than ideal. We either A. Create the order, use HQ to try to find the order and then go back to the POS, Or we need to pre-create the order numbers in HQ so we can note the generated orders before testing. I've not been able to come up with a better solution thus far.

    Category specific product number

    When we create a product number sequence currently system will not allow category-specific.


    Ideally when we have a category breakup example:

    Electronics

    Laptop

    Mobile

    it will be good if we can assign different number sequences for laptops and mobile, which will help to easily identify the category

    Expose the dataList card style

    Currently we only have access to column style List. We're trying to create a dialog that matches the look and feel of other dialogs in the system (Sales Rep). We have the ShowListInputDialogClientRequest option, but it allows no flexibility in the behavior of the dialog. such as pagination or adding search functionality. The ability to create a card style list would be appreciated to allow for matching the look and feel of the rest of the system.

    Extension Version Display in Back Office

    We have several hundred registers nearly 1,000. It's increasingly difficult to manage versions when we roll out new custom extensions.


    We really need the ability to see via the back office the register Extension versions. We are presently having to query via a powershell script daily to get the registers to report back the extension versions. In the back office on the register offline status we get the client version but would like columns to represent extensions as well. This would greatly improve the ability for us to manage the roll out of updates.

    Support for broker chargers from POS Sales Sales Orders

    The functionality that generates the broker claims should be aligned across all the commerce channels including unified pricing. This has a major business justification because the broker contract is an agreement with the vendor which must be honored, irrelevant if the customer re-sells the product to its customers via POS, via Call Center or via E-commerce. The vendor expects that the broker agreement is always honored including those transactions sold via the POS channel (both Call Center and POS are Retail Sales Orders so they should behave the same).

    User authentication for Power Platform connectors be federated with Entra ID.

    Per https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/entra/external-id/user-properties, external member has member level access in the host tenant. In Power apps, seems Excel online treats external member user as guest, which goes against the idea of MS B2B feature design.

    Prompt to confirm you want to open a new shift

    The open shift trigger is not presently cancelable. We would like to be able to customize the shift operation to include a prompt for are you sure you want to open a new shift to reduce the number of shifts opened in error.


    If we could cancel an empty open shift via the trigger we would be able to customize this option. Alternatively a feature to be able to enable/disable shift open confirmations would be helpful.

    Customer's Profile "Order History" to have all receipt numbers of a Customer Order Reflected

    Dear Microsoft "Ideas" team,


    I had the opportunity to raise this trough a Microsoft Support ticket (2508280010002759), and since seems to be the normal behavior for "Order History" information inside Customer's profile screen, they recommended me to create an idea about it.


    Our request was to have all the related receipt numbers information inside one view, so the the store staff doesn't need to go changing between "Store Journal" and " Customer profile" views to have all the information about a customer order transaction.


    We know that this request may not have the highest priority, but will be a time saver for the store staff so they will have all the information at once if the customer request the receipt of a Customer order that has 2 or three items and one of them arrived earlier so the store did Partially invoice.
