Suportable filter on the new view "workorder list"
Suggested by Monalisa de Haan – New – 1 Comments
With the introduction of the new Field Service view (Editable work order grid), some filters are no longer supported (but in the documentation says it's not supported at all https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/field-service/work-order-experience#editable-work-order-grid), leading to inconsistent functionality. To ensure a better user experience, I recommend reviewing and reinstating support for filters.
While the new view offers an improved experience, daily users of filters are unable to fully enjoy it due to malfunctioning filters. Additionally, there are translation issues when using the app in a different language, particularly with date filters not translating to the user's preferred language.
These issues should be addressed to enhance user satisfaction and ensure a seamless experience across languages.

Bookable resource booking location and work order location needs to be in synced
Suggested by Phu Nguyen – New – 0 Comments
The bookable resource booking (booking)'s location (latitude and longitude) is out of sync with its related work order's location if the work order's location is updated after the booking is created. Any update on the work order's location (address information, latitude, and longitude) is not populated to the existing booking. therefore the Field Service (Dynamics 365) mobile app shows the work order location on booking maps incorrectly - the booking pins on the map use the booking's location, whilst the description/tooltip of the pin and turn-by-turn navigation function uses the location (address details) information from the work order.
It is essential to have the booking's location and work order's location in sync in order to have the FIeld Service (Dynamics 365) mobile app's booking maps and turn-by-turn navigation work correctly.

Ability to filter schedule board resource requirements on attributes other than territory
Suggested by Thiemen Albers – New – 0 Comments
When using the resource filter panel on the left of the schedule board, the resource requirements will only get filtered using the 'Territory' filter. There exists a toggle to enable/disable this functionality: "Apply territory filter to requirements" However, we expect that it would also be possible to filter on other resource requirement attributes.
Filtering on the resource requirement columns themselves is possible, but this is not sufficient. Filtering using the foreseen filters on the left should also be possible

Aerial Map View On Schedule Board Map
Suggested by Tony Piperato – New – 0 Comments
PLEASE add the Aerial Map View On Schedule Board Map as it used to be an option but no longer is...Our Energy customers need this view to see lease roads that may not necessarily be on a normal map view.

Prefered resource & Prefered Start Time is missleading naming on agreement booking setup
Suggested by Victor Munthe – New – 0 Comments
On the agreement booking setup we can set a prefered resource and a prefered start time. The naming for those fields leads me and the users to think that the system will be smart and schedule the order around the start time you set when the technician is free to do work. This is specially confusing since we also have the fields pre/post booking flexibility in the same section, leading us to belive that the order will be scheduled in "prefered start time" +- pre/post booking flexibility.
The ideal solution would be to improve the functionality to take technicians schedule into account but changing the naming would also help.

Provide filters for organization units to be shown on the map view
Suggested by Andreas Cieslik – New – 0 Comments
Currently the system shows all organziation units of e.g. whole Europe.
What if I only need to see those which are related to my country, territory or business unit?
- This would provide faster loading of map view, and secondly does not distract dispatchers as much and give better overview.
- The business would also need to have this feature to protect or hide positions of org. units (technicians, warehouses) due to GDPR or organization/country-specific security policies.

Allow Purchase Order Products to be Partially Received
Suggested by Youngha Kim – New – 1 Comments
When I create a Purchase Order Receipt Product in lesser quantity than what was requested on the Purchase Order Product, the Line Status of the Purchase Order Product gets set to "Received" even though the Quantity Received is less than the Quantity of the Purchase Order Product. The current options are only Pending, Received, and Cancelled
Because Purchase Order can have many Purchase Order Receipts, the organization may not receive the full Quantity of the Purchase Order Product from the parent Purchase Order at once. The system allows you to create many Purchase Order Receipts with Purchase Order Receipt Products in various number of Quantities until the on the Purchase Order Product the Quantity Received is equal to the Quantity.
We need a status in between in case you receive less in Quantity of the Purchase Order Product for the first Purchase Order Receipt and Purchase Order Receipt Product created.

Ability to sort Booking Status values
Suggested by Sayeed Mohammed – New – 1 Comments
Presently, on Bookable Resource Booking table, the Booking Status values are:
- Scheduled
- Traveling
- On Break
- Arrived
- In Progress
- Completed
- Rejected
The Booking Status (bookingstatus) is a lookup column and uses 'Booking Status Control' to display statuses as an option set.
I believe this control is quite limited and doesn't allow the ability to sort them in preferred order. If I want to have the 'On Break' booking status to be shown after the 'In progress' instead, there's no way possible.
Unlike the standard lookup field, I like this control as it makes updating booking status much user-friendly but lacks the ability to sort these in our preferred order. I strongly believe this should be considered by the Field Service Product team.
Thanks!

Nightshift calendars visulize the schedule board from 8:00 until 17:00
Suggested by Margot Behaeghe – New – 2 Comments
It should be possible to show only the schedule board from 8:00 until 17:00 for planners that specifically do the planning for night shifts. When I now try to configure this the system says it is not possible because the start date should be bigger than the end date.

Asset Property - Allow Predefined Values (Option Sets)
Suggested by Markus Konrad – New – 2 Comments
Assets provide the functionality to maintain “Asset Properties (msdyn_property/msdyn_propertylog”), which allows the users to enter different Data Types (Number, String, Boolean, Data/time) for the properties. What would be required on top would be the functionality to have a predefined list of values (OptionSet/Choice) as well. Since this functionality already exists in D365 CE (see “Property Option Set Item” on product entity), this approach could be reused also for the asset area eventually.
