Please allow Users to update multiple OR single Project Contract records to a "Closed" Status
Currenty, Users can only one Project Contract record Contract Status Reason to "Draft", "In Review", and "On Hold". Users can use Bulk Edit to edit multiple records to any of the Contract Status Reasons below. *Notice these are different Status Reasons that the OOB Status Reason for the Order entity. Draft In Review On Hold Confirmed Completed Users should be able to update one Project Contract record to a "Closed" Status, Completed without having use a Workflow or Bulk Edit. -
Project Service Automation UCI Field Mappings
Since the latest upgrade to PSA V3.XX the buttons on the Unified Client Interface do not follow the field mapping configurations you make in the system. This was confirmed from a Microsoft Technician in the Support Case #119071521002141 -
CC_TimeEntryGrid Functionality
From the CC_TimeEntryGrid, I find it hard to see all my External Comments or Internal Comments per Time Entry. It would be nice to be able to have and use all the functionality from the CC_TimeEntryGrid and be able to conveniently see all the information relative to Time Entries. -
Assigning different default Project Views when entering Time Entries
When I look for Projects that I am not on, I would like to see All Projects by default instead of clicking different views without reaching out to the Project Manager on the Project to add me. I would like to be able to assign different default views to different Users. -
Option to import selective Time Entries from Exchange even if appointments exceed 24 hours.
Currently, the Exchange Import only works when the total number of hours of a Resource's appointments for a day is less than 24 hours. However, this isn't always the case to be translated into Time Entries. For Example, when a coworker sends out a meeting invite for optional or to block time out and the Resource still has appointments booked, the totality of those Appointment hours could be more than 24 hours. However, the Resource should still have the ability to create Time Entries from Exchange to select which records to create in D365CE. -
Ability to view all related Role Prices from a Project instead of clicking to Project Contract Project Price List and Contracting Unit Cost Price List
When setting up a Project, the Project Manager should be able to view and edit all existing Role Prices for a Project on the record instead of clicking through to the Project Contract and to the Project Contract Project Price List. -
Make it easier to see Expense Receipts from Expenses
From PSA V2.X, it was easy to see the Expense Receipt when you opened the Expense from the Expense Calendar view. In PSA V3.X/UCI, Users have to click on the Receipts from the command bar to see the Expenses. Can we make it easier to upload and view Expense Receipts than clicking on another entity to see the Note Attachments for an Expense Receipt? -
Different default landing page for Time Entries for different Users
When a User clicks on Time Entries, it is defaulted to whatever control of Time Entry you have set for the Time Entry entity. While not all Resources, enjoy using the CC_TimeEntryGrid, is there a way to make the default a different experience for difference Users? Can we also have the ability to change the name of the CC_TimeEntryGrid. -
Submitting valid Time Entries, leaving the problematic Time Entries as Draft
When I submit a row or multiple Time Entries, it would be nice if the system would at least Submit the Time Entries that are valid and leaving the problematic Time Entries as Draft so Resources doesn't have to comb through each Time Entry to see which one is the issue. -
Allow Purchase Order Products to be Partially Received
When I create a Purchase Order Receipt Product in lesser quantity than what was requested on the Purchase Order Product, the Line Status of the Purchase Order Product gets set to "Received" even though the Quantity Received is less than the Quantity of the Purchase Order Product. The current options are only Pending, Received, and Cancelled
Because Purchase Order can have many Purchase Order Receipts, the organization may not receive the full Quantity of the Purchase Order Product from the parent Purchase Order at once. The system allows you to create many Purchase Order Receipts with Purchase Order Receipt Products in various number of Quantities until the on the Purchase Order Product the Quantity Received is equal to the Quantity.
We need a status in between in case you receive less in Quantity of the Purchase Order Product for the first Purchase Order Receipt and Purchase Order Receipt Product created.
