Work order arrival time

The possibility to begin/arrive early in a work order. Right now when you want to change the work order status to "In progress" it's mandatory to select the "Actual arriving time" and it can't begin earlier than the "start time" or later than the "end time", this doesn't allow to track all the possibilities for a work order

Pool Hours - Recalculate automatically when Bookable Resource hours Change

In our Microsoft Ticket with TrackingID#2201260040005531, it was recommended we open the idea. When the pool's bookable resources hours have been changed, we request the Pool's work hours be automatically update. The MS rep said this feature is working as designed and the pool hours are not being updated today.
We have used this additional step to recalculate the hours. We have recommended to our customer to change the Bookable Resource Pool Derived Capacity to No and save the record. Then change the Derived Capacity to Yes and save the record. Refresh the Pool Bookable resource record to verify work hours have been modified.Â

Configurable Entity Lookup Filters

At the moment you can select a row from a table, say an Asset. But all Assets are selectable. I don't see how this can be useful with a system where there could be hundreds or thousand of assets on a device. It should filter on the Assets at the Service Account for the Work Order. Similarly, why would you be able to select any Account? Surely this needs to be the Account from the Work Order. Or Contacts - there could be tens on the device. How is the engineer going to pick the right one?
Ideally the lookup should be a similar control as in a model driven app ie configurable.

Support custom changes in Field Service Status option set (msdyn_fieldservicestatus)

At the moment any changes to OOF field "Field Service Status" option set is not supported by Microsoft. This field is on to Booking status entity.
It would be great to be able to add custom option sets -> own statuses. It is possible to add own option set at the moment (system allows it) but if you do so, if will break logics and bring problems and error messages as using the system.

The Field Service work order includes a field called "System Status" by default. This field is an option set (type "choice") with options like Unscheduled, Scheduled, In progress, Completed, Canceled, etc. Each of these options has a label and an associated numeric value. System administrators can edit the labels of option sets (like "Unscheduled") but can never edit the associated numeric value of the label.

In our business a cancelled activity that needs rebooking or one that needed rescheduling is as important as completed activity. rather than moving the work order on the scheduling board and losing site of attempts could there be an option to clone a work order and all entity information linked to it. -
Timeline Search : proper search results using NOT or -

We do need more configuration/control in the Timeline area/search as many have suggested. But for the short term, I would love to have basic search work for "NOT" search results. IE I want to exclude any email in the "Search Timeline" that includes the word bacon. Seems "NOT bacon" or "- bacon" should work in the "Timeline Search". -
Move Field Service Section Headers Below the Section Separator Line

Currently the Section header label (i.e., Incidents, Bookings, etc) is separated by a line above the rest of the Section detail fields. When there are multiple sections on a page, it looks like the Sections header labels are off by one. Below is an example. The Bookings header label appears to go with the above Incident details. Collapsible Sections & Menus on Field Service Mobile Work Orders

Because the Field Service Mobile App is used by Technicians with mobile devices, screen real estate and ease of use are critical to the success of this product. Recommend adding functionality to collapse sections and menus on all Field Service Work Order pages. This will significantly improve the user's experience by reducing screen clutter and reducing scrolling while navigating between sections and menus. -
