    Allowing bulk WO generation from agreement booking dates

    Hi all,


    From the agreement booking dates, with the Advanced find you could generate WO's in bulk. However since the advanced find is becoming depreciated, this is no option any more. When opening the agreement booking dates, there is no default button available to generate WO's in bulk from the selected agreement booking dates. Strangely enough, when adding the "Status" column (active, processed and canceled), this button does appear and feature works. Could you look into adding this as a default available button? Thanks!

    Cloud Flow dependencies

    Show a list of all child flows in the description of the cloud flows so that we do not have to edit and interpret what it does to determine what order to Turn them ON!!!! The cloud flows to de-serialize the inspection form was deactivated (due to not being used often in the sandbox) and it required a programmer to figure out that you have to turn on the child flows (in order) before you can enable the main cloud flow that runs the overall process.

    Message box pop up when the quick search limit is exceeded

    As we have 10k records limit when we search in the quick find, when the record limit exceeds. It would be helpful is a message box pop up when the record count exceeds.

    Geolocation settings

    Geolocation services are currently a global setting and apply to all users. It would be really good if different profiles could be setup and assigned to the bookable resource to meet specific requirements (different shift patterns, resource type location must not be known, different sync intervals, etc)

    Allow customization of 'Products Available For Transfer' view

    The scenario is a simple Inventory Transfer.

    When adding Products and the Inventory Adjustment Product Quick Create form pops up, the Product lookup field is using the Products Available For Transfer view to look for products that are transferrable from the Source Warehouse.


    This view is dynamically generated and it can not be accessed in the default solution or customized.


    The view only displays the Product Name, Product ID, Field Service Product Type columns.


    Some customers use different product attributes to look for products and it'd be great to be able to display those attributes in the lookup view.

    RSO to Support Requirement Groups

    Use Resource Scheduling Optimization (RSO) to optimize to Support Requirement Groups.


    • Currently they have 2 resources
    • R1 - User (Driver)
    • R2 - Equipment (Big Truck)
    • All work orders have specific requirement group (Driver + Big Truck)
    • Currently we can use Requirement Group booking manually to have 2 resources booked to one work order
    • RSO doesn't seem to support "Requirement Groups" but only "Requirements", is there a way to use requirement groups with RSO, if so, how?

    Make the scheduling board better for crew management

    A lot of our customers work with flexible crews. Due to this:

    • The composition of the crews will change on a daily based depending on who when arrives to the office or who is available at that time or other reasons. Requirements will be first scheduled and after that the crews are composed.
    • Next to that crews will work on different regions on a daily base. It could be that crew 1 works on Monday for territory 1, on Tuesday on territory 2, etc. This means when I filter on Territory 1 that only Monday should be available and that Tuesday and Wednesday etc should be greyed out.

    Consequence of these flexible crews are:

    1. There should be in the schedule board a better overview of the crew composition with this I mean:
    • It should be visible in one overview in the schedule board who (crew member) is assigned to which crew this on a daily base
    • Next to that it should be possible to see on a daily base on the schedule board if the right number of workers are assigned to the crew or not, if not enough crew members are assigned to the crew the crew should be presented in red or with a specific icon just like salesforce has: https://salesforceenthusiast.com/Content/webinars/service_crews.pdf

    2. Next to that for crews that work on a rotating region base (see example given above) it should be possible to have an extra calendar per resource where the crew availability is presented per territory. This way when filtering on the schedule board by defining the territory, the availability should look at the resource calendar and the extra calendar where it is defined when this crew works for which territory. This way it is possible to see when filtering on the territory we can see if the crew works for that territory or not this in one look.

    Set scheduling default Radius Value per resource

    In my customer organization, not all resources accept to travel to the same distance.


    Today, the Default Radius Value is a global parameter that allows all resources to be scheduled for the same maximum travel distance.


    It would be nice to be able to set the Default Radius Value per resource instead so URS engine propose resource based on their maximum travel preference

    Ability to sort Booking Status values

    Presently, on Bookable Resource Booking table, the Booking Status values are:

    • Scheduled
    • Traveling
    • On Break
    • Arrived
    • In Progress
    • Completed
    • Rejected


    The Booking Status (bookingstatus) is a lookup column and uses 'Booking Status Control' to display statuses as an option set.

    I believe this control is quite limited and doesn't allow the ability to sort them in preferred order. If I want to have the 'On Break' booking status to be shown after the 'In progress' instead, there's no way possible.


    Unlike the standard lookup field, I like this control as it makes updating booking status much user-friendly but lacks the ability to sort these in our preferred order. I strongly believe this should be considered by the Field Service Product team.

    Add adress field on Org Unit to auto populate longitude and latitude

    When working with Org Unit the user have to find the longitude and latitude from, e.g,. Google maps. It would be nice if we had a adress field (as in account) where longitude and latitude is based on that.
